Truly Rich Club Newsletter -- Create Your Wealth Mindset

Create Your Wealth Mindset
A great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do.
Tommy John

I've been teaching financial topics for the past 17 years now.
And here's what I've learned: A wealth mindset is more important than financial literacy.
I could teach you investing and business, but if you have a poverty mindset, nothing will work.  Believe me.
You can know everything you need to know about investments, entrepreneurship, and real estate.  But if you have a poverty mindset, all that you know won't make you wealthy.
That's why I emphasize having a wealth mindset so much.
That's why throughout this book, I'll be teaching wealth mindset and financial literacy at the same time.

Work On Your Subconscious Mind

I remember the first time I drove an automatic car.
I was with a lady friend who owned an automatic car and I gallantly volunteered to drive it for her—even if I knew that I have never driven an automatic car before.
But she said yes and gave me the keys.
When I sat on the drivers seat, I put on my seatbelt, and put the shift stick to "drive”.  I smiled at my friend and pressed on the gas pedal.
         Vrrooooom!
The car made a lot of noise but we weren't moving.
         My friend laughed at me.
I said, "Why are we not moving?”
She said, "Because your other foot is stepping on the brakes!”
I thought it was the clutch.
I released it and we began moving.
When you have financial knowledge but don't have a wealth mindset, it's like you're pressing on both the gas pedal and the brake pedal at the same time.
In your conscious mind, you may be saying, "I want to be rich!”
But in your subconscious mind, you may be saying, "No!  I'm afraid to be rich!  I'll lose my happiness!”
In this book, I'm going to help you train your mind to think in a different way.
Here are 4 objections that you need to clear away from your mind.

Objection #1:
"It's My Fate To Be Poor.”

"Bo, you're wrong.  Poverty is a matter of fate...”
He came up to me right after I gave a talk on financial literacy.  The man spoke to me with the gravity of a Supreme Court Justice, it scared me.
"Why do you say that, sir?” I asked.
"Because there are people who are born poor,” the man said, "And there are people who are born rich.  That's destiny.  That's the will of God.”
I winced.  How could I tell him that I've been working for years (no, decades) with the poor—and this was the exact kind of distorted thinking that has trapped a lot of people in poverty.  "God made me poor,” is an invisible placard written in the foreheads of many poor people I've met.
I told him, "To be born rich or poor is not a choice, that's true.  But to become rich or poor—that's a choice that God leaves up to us.”
He looked at me as though I spoke in Swahili.
I wanted to explain myself but he wanted to ask me a very disturbing question.

Objection #2:
"Why desire more?  I'm happy where I am.”

He asked, "Bo, why are you teaching us to become rich?”
His tone of voice was sharp.  Like he was asking me, "Why are you teaching us to murder people, burn their bodies, and eat their liver?”
He continued, "If you're really a Christian, you should teach us to be content with where we are.  Bo, aren't you content with where you are?”
I laughed.  "Oh, I'm very content.”
I never told this to him, but I'd like to tell you: Right now, if I choose to, I can stop working and live on the interest of my investments.  I'll be very comfortable.  With the interest I'll earn from my investments, I can maintain my lifestyle.
And yes, I can still bring out my wife for our weekly romantic dates.
And I can still bring my kids for our twice-a-year vacations.
But if I stop working and live on my interest, a few things will have to change.
Today, I send a number of poor children to school.  That has to stop.
Today, I finance lay missionaries.  That has to stop.
Today, I provide capital for livelihood projects for the poor.  That has to stop.
Today, I finance my new ministry projects in its trial period.  That has to stop.
This is the reason why I've chosen to grow, to expand, to increase, and to become richer because I want to bless the world more.
That's why I work very hard today!
Here's what I learned: To be content and to want to grow can co-exist in your heart.  That can only happen when love rules your heart.

Ano Ang Gagawin Mo Sa Christmas Bonus Mo?

Ika nga ni Albert Einstein, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Matutong mag-budget, magimpok at mag-invest.

Truly Rich Club Newsletter : How This "Financially Ignorant" Young Woman Almost Doubled Her Money In 2 Years

How This "Financially Ignorant" Young Woman Almost Doubled Her Money In 2 Years

Everybody loves an underdog story.

And this is an amazing underdog story.

This is about Rowena, a young woman who works as a video editor in our TV and Radio ministry. Two years ago, I challenged ALL my employees to invest in the Stock Market. Today, 90% of them are now investing-from my managers to vice presidents to messengers and janitors. (Give me 20 years and all my employees will become huge multimillionaires!)

Please read Rowena's amazing story below...

Two years ago, I started investing P3000 to P5000 in the Stock Market. (It becomes P5000 when my very generous Dad gives me money. Thank you Dad!)

But I was totally ignorant about the Stock Market. So I just followed Brother Bo's TrulyRichClub's instructions each month, buying the stocks he recommended through his Stocks Update eReports.
And in two years, from October 2010 to October 2012, my Dad and I put in a total of P102,000 only. But it's shocking for me to know that my Stock Market investment now stands at P193,325. That's 89.53% increase in two years. Or an amazing 44.77% a year! -- Rowena Mallari, Video Editor

Perhaps you're someone who saves your money in big banks. If so, you're earning LESS than 1% a year. To be exact, about 0.75% MINUS 20% withholding tax! It's actually lunacy to keep your long-term investments in the bank. Yes, put your short-term money and emergency funds in the bank. But NEVER your long-term investments.

NOTE: Just to tell you how insane 44.77% is, I read the returns of the best and brightest, most sophisticated Mutual Fund Managers of BIG COMPANIES in 2011. The highest achieved was only 8.18% growth; A second mutual fund company got 8.17%; a third mutual fund company got 2.66%; and a fourth mutual fund company got 2.39% for the year. But Rowena Mallari-who doesn't know anything about the Stock Market except what she got from my Stocks Update eReports-got 44.77% growth. Crazy but true.

Do You Want To Be A Multimillionaire?

You've Got To Start Today...

Warning: I'm not promising that Rowena will also get 44% next year or the year after. The Stock Market doesn't work that way. It's always like a rollercoaster ride. But here's my point for telling you this underdog story: You can be like Rowena and become a multimillionaire in 20 years.

How? Like Rowena, join the TrulyRichClub and use my Stocks Update eReports that will guide you how to invest in the Stock Market.

SOULFOOD by Bo -- How To Be A Champion

image

Friends, let me share with you the 7 Keys of a Champion's Life
  1. Follow Your Dream with Passion
  2. Focus on Your Core Gift
  3. Believe in Yourself When Others Don't
  4. Build Your Team
  5. Take Action
  6. Fail Forward
  7. Shine Your Light
Let's Focus on the 1st Key: Follow Your Dream with Passion

It was the first time I visited Las Vegas.
The sights were overwhelming.

The lights, the hotels, the fountains and the casinos — it was all an incredible sight.
On the way to a restaurant, I remember walking through endless rows of slot machines. I saw the players — mostly old people — sitting in front of the machines.

I wondered: How long have they been here?

Even as fast music and blinking lights surrounded them, I sensed sadness in some of them.
After our meal, my friends and I went to watch a concert in a theater on the upper floor of that gigantic hotel.

After the two-hour show, I had to pass through the lobby with the slot machines again.
And there they were, the same people playing the machines!
I noticed one man.

Medium-built. In his 50's. Tired. He seemed so miserable doing what he was doing.
I looked at his eyes.

Call it discernment. Call it just a wild hunch. Call it whatever you want. But I felt there was so much emptiness in his life. It was like he woke up every morning not knowing what to do. So he comes here just to spend his money and time on nothing. Seeing him broke my heart.

I wanted to pull him out and tell him, "Do you want real joy? This isn't the place. Come with me to the Philippines. So many poor people have no homes. You can help us build homes for them. So many poor kids are begging on the streets. You can send them to school. Perhaps you'll find your purpose there.”

I walked out of the hotel feeling foolish for thinking this way.

But I really believe that unless a person finds a purpose bigger than himself, life will always be empty.

Friend, have you found yours?
Have you a found a dream worthy enough that you're willing to die for it?

Action Step:

Do you want to be a Champion? List down your goals, dreams, talents and passions. When all these align, you can determine your purpose. Pray for God's guidance, discernment and wisdom. Finally, list down concrete steps you can take to be God's powerful Champion!

We are in need of heroes and Champions. Wait. Let me repeat that. This world is in desperate need of Champions. We need YOU. But many people think that they are not meant to be heroes because they are unworthy. God begs to disagree. He looks at you and He sees a Champion. He sees somebody powerful and beautiful and worthy to be His hands and feet in this world.

Do you want to know what it means to be a true hero? Do you want to be entertained, inspired and blessed while finding out what it means to be a true hero? My friend Karren has written the first ever epic fantasy novel published by Shepherd's Voice Publications. Read her book and be a Champion.

Ang 4 na Hayop sa Stock Market

Welcome Tambayers!

Kamustasa?

1.) Squirrel – The Typical Trader

Truly Rich Club Newsletter : Are You Afraid Of Growing Old Without Money?

Are You Afraid Of Growing Old Without Money?
Greg is a 63-years old Vice President of a company.

The salt and pepper hair fits him nicely.  Makes him look elegant.  Greg also wears cool clothes that make him look like a rich gentleman.

But his eyes can't hide the bone-chilling TERROR inside.

Because he knows he will retire at 65.  That's just two years away.   And he's scared.  Because on that day, he won't have a monthly paycheck anymore.

"I'm sure you have savings, right?" I asked Greg.

He looked down, shaking his head.  "Not more than P200,000 in the bank.  I've never been very good with savings.  I just spend my money.  And there were many emergencies along the way.  I know I should have saved more.  But I didn't."

I asked, "But you'll get a nice retirement package from your company?"

"To pay my debts," he sighed.  "I just borrowed to buy a car last year.  And did some house repairs this year.  We also travelled as a family last summer, paid for by another loan.  So whatever I'll get from my retirement will erase my debt.  But nothing will be left.  Absolutely nothing."

       I couldn't help but groan.

Greg was staring at the PERFECT STORM.   A financial calamity that was coming in two years.

"Can you help me, Bo?" Greg asked.

I pitied him so much.  If only he was twenty years younger-it would have been easy!

My Maids Have MORE Investments Than This Vice President

All my maids are invested in the Stock Market.

My first maid-the first one who started her investment program under my guidance-now has P518,844 in her stock market portfolio.  She's only 30 years old.  If she keeps investing, she'll have P15 Million by the time she hits 50.  Note: A maid!  (Last year, I promoted her to bookkeeper, but that's another fascinating story to tell at another time.)

Almost all my employees (over a hundred of them) are investing in the Stock Market too.  Messengers, janitors, clerks...  I've got happy employees because they will all be multimillionaires when they retire.

Even my sons Benedict and Francis, ages 13 and 7, are investors.  For years, Benedict would invest money from his odd jobs.  And Francis would invest Christmas cash gifts from Ninangs and Ninongs. They will be millionaires by age 18 and multimillionaires by age 21.

Let me repeat: Their money is in the Stock Market.

Not in the Bank.

Did you know that the interest you earn in a bank is LESS than 1% a year?  But in the Stock Market, if you follow my simple investment system (NOT trading!), you'll grow your money from 12% to 20% a yearover time and become a multimillionaire in 20 years.

You Don't Have To Make The Mistakes Of Greg

Some people think that as you grow older, you'll have to grow poorer.

Not true.  You don't have to make the mistakes Greg made.

Thousands of people have already joined my TrulyRichClub. And following my guidance, they have started investing in the Stock Market.  And they're very happy.

Those who joined me 2 years ago-and who invested in the Stock Market with my guidance-can't thank me enough for the TOTAL CHANGE that has happened in their financial life.

I repeat: Don't be like Greg.  You don't have to be afraid growing old and poor.

Stop postponing!  You're missing out on these earnings.  Most importantly, you're missing out on gaining financial freedom.

Usapang BIZ-NEZ : Paano Magsimula Ng Negosyo?

Welcome Tambayers!

SOULFOOD by Bo : Be Totally Responsible for Your Success!

Image

Life is a choice.

If you’re being blessed 90 percent of the time, it’s because you chose
to be blessed.

If you’re being cursed 90 percent of the time, it’s because you chose
to be cursed.

You have more power than you think you have.

Friend, don’t be shocked, but you have the power to create the life
you want.

Here’s the truth: You created the life that you are living right now.

So if you don’t like your job, you’re responsible.
And if you’re buried in debt right now, you’re accountable.
And if you’re overweight, it’s your fault.
And if you’re not happy, you’re responsible.

I’m not saying you’re to blame for all the things that have happened
to you.

But you’re responsible. That means you’re in charge.
If you don’t want your situation, change it.
If you can’t change your situation, change your attitude towards
your situation.

But unless you change, nothing happens.
Bottom line, it’s really all up to you.
Be totally responsible for your success.

May your dreams come true,
Bo Sanchez
