Welcome mga ka-Noypi!
Karamihan na nagtatanong sa akin sa facebook tungkol sa pag-open ng account sa COL Financial ay pawang mga OFW. Natutuwa ako na dumarami na sa ating mga kababayan ang nagnanais na maayos ang kanilang pananalapi at naiinspired na mag-invest sa Stock Market.
Tambay lang kayo dito sa Dizkarteng Noypi at handa akong tumulong sa maliit na paraan upang maayos natin ang ating buhay-pinansyal. Inuulit ko, hindi ako “expert” sa larangan ng investment ngunit handa ko kayong samahan sa inyong financial journey at patuloy akong magbibigay ng mga impormasyon na makakatulong sa ating mga kababayan.
Tinalakay na natin sa naunang post kung paano mag-open ng account sa COL, in general. Pero this time, to be specific, only for those who are out-of-the-country(or yung mga nasa province), Due to insistent public demand (haha) ng ating magigiting na OFW, as OFW myself, ituturo ko ang eksaktong ginawa ko kung paano makapag-open ng account with COL Financial while we are abroad.
Narito ang step by step procedure kung paano makakapag-open ng account sa COL ang isang OFW.
Paano makakapag-open ng account sa COL ang isang OFW?

STEP 1. Download All Application Forms.
Punta ka sa website ng COL Financial at www.colfinancial.com .
Pagkatapos, i-click mo ang Open an Account.
Scroll it down hanggang sa makita mo ang DOWNLOAD ALL FORMS. After mo ma-download yung forms, i-print mo na ito.
*Note : You have 2 options. Pwede kang mag-fill up ng form directly through Online Application Form or Download the forms, then fill it up. In my case, option 2 ang pinili ko.
Maaari mong ma-download directly ang mga forms DITO.
STEP 2. Fill-out the Application Forms.
- Duly fill out all forms:
- Customer Account Information Form (CAIF)
- Online Securities Trading Agreement (OSTA)
- Specimen Signature Cards - 2
- Sign on the signature fields.
STEP 3. Prepare Additional Requirements.
- Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID (Photo and signature must be clear)
- Billing Statement - Recent, no later than 3 months past
In my case, ang sinubmit ko na government issued ID ay ang aking PRC License at SSS ID (although (1) ID is enough).
Sa Billing Statement naman, ang Statement of Account ng aking Bank Account dito sa Saudi Arabia ang aking sinubmit (6 months).
*Note : Pwede mong i-submit ang billing ng kuryente o tubig sa bahay nyo sa Pinas, siguruhin lamang na kung ano ang address na nakalagay sa billing, ay ito rin ang address na nilagay mo sa application form. (Ang address na inilagay ko sa form ay pareho ng address ko sa aking Statement of Account sa itaas, Ex.P.O. Box XXXX, KSA)
Mayroong nagtanong, paano daw kung hindi sa kanya nakapangalan ang billing sa Pinas?
Sagot : Pwede po as long na pareho ang apelyido mo at nung nasa billing. :)
STEP 4. Scan All Filled-Out Forms & Requirements.
STEP 5. Email the Scanned Documents to COL for Approval.
Pagkatapos mo ma-scan lahat ng forms at requirements, i-email mo ito sa COL sa helpdesk@colfinancial.com for approval.
Narito ang eksaktong email ko sa COL.
STEP 6. Wait for the Confirmation/Approval from COL .
After ko ma-email ang COL, nagresponse agad sila pagkalipas lamang ng isang araw (great job!) At ito ang reply sa akin nung COL sales officer na si Ms. Jenny Senining (Thanks Ms. Jenny!) ;)
STEP 7. Send All Documents Via Courier.
Ipadala mo ang lahat ng mga documents via courier (LBC, DHL, Fedex,etc.) sa address na ibibigay sayo ng COL sales officer at hintayin na matanggap ang iyong application.
After nilang matanggap ang iyong mga documents, papadalhan ka ng COL ng email about your COL account number at kung paano pondohan ang iyong account. Ang password mo ay ibibigay lamang after mong mapondohan ang iyong account.
Narito ang email sa akin mula sa COL after nilang ma-receive ang aking mga documents.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Mayroon ka na ngayong account sa COL at ang susunod na hakbang na lang ay ang pagpondo ng iyong account upang makapagsimula ka ng makabili ng stocks ng mga company na gusto mo. ;)
