Step by Step guide kung paano mag-open ng account with COL Financial
Narito ang Step by Step procedures para sa mga nais mag-open ng account with COL Financial.
STEP 1. Open your browser, type www.colfinancial.com in the address bar.
STEP 2. Click “Open an Account”. Choose your account type. There are three types of accounts to choose from, namely:
- COL STARTER – Ito ang account para sa mga long-term investors (gaya ko!) :)
- COL PLUS – Ito naman ang account para sa mga active traders(buy & sell)
Minimum Investment: P25,000
- COL PREMIUM – Ito naman ang account para sa mga corporates or premier investors.
Minimum Investment: P1 Million
*For beginners, ang angkop na account para sayo ay ang COL STARTER, from the word itself, ito ay para sa mga nagsisimula palang na mag-invest sa Stock Market at suitable ito sa mga long-term investors. When I say long term, it means 10, 20, or 30 years kang mag-iinvest upang mahaba ang panahon para lumago ang iyong pera dito.
STEP 3. Fill-out the application forms. You have two(2) options :
· OPTION 1 : Online Application Form
- Fill-up the online application form
- Print out the application form when done.
- Sign on the signature fields.
NOTE : All field marked by asterisk(*) is mandatory.
· OPTION 2 : Download All Forms
- Download and print out the application form.
- Duly fill out all forms:
o Customer Account Information Form (CAIF)
o Online Securities Trading Agreement (OSTA)
o Specimen Signature Cards - 2
- Sign on the signature fields.

STEP 4. Prepare Additional Requirements.
FILIPINO CITIZENS
§ Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID

§ Billing Statement - Recent, no later than 3 months past
RESIDENT FOREIGN CITIZENS
§ Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID
Photo and signature must be clear
Photo and signature must be clear
§ Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
or Work Permit from DOLE
or Work Permit from DOLE
§ Billing Statement - Recent, no later than 3 months past
NON-RESIDENT
FOREIGN CITIZENS
§ Authentication of a photocopy of one (1) valid passport
Photo and signature must be clear

§ Proof of Income
§ Billing Statement - Recent, no later than 3 months past

§ Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID of the parent

§ Birth Certificate of the minor applicant
§ Duly-signed ITF Supplementary Agreement
§ Billing Statement - Recent, no later than 3 months past
STEP 5. Submit Forms & Requirements to COL Financial to this address:

*Kapag narecieve na ng COL ang lahat ng inyong requirements, A Sales Officer will contact you via e-mail o di kaya’y tatawagan kayo sa inyong telepono para ibigay sa inyo ang inyong COL Account Number at Status ng inyong application.Pagkatapos nito ay sasabihin sa inyo kung pwede nyo ng pondohan ang inyong account. Basahin ang huling Step sa ibaba kung paano nyo mapopondohan ito.
